This is a 1 month process of curiously exploring what happens when we attend to the present moment in various ways.

It is also an opportunity to explore how we can integrate mindfulness into our daily lives.

Mindfulness: Open-hearted, non-judgmental acceptance of the present moment without rumination forward or backward.

In this 4-week program, we will explore various mindfulness practices and the experiences they elicit, as we engage in the creative and dynamic process of staying present.
