This 1 month course will show you how you can thrive as you navigate uncertainty.
Each class will provide meditations that cultivate certain qualities that will help you move through the unknown with ease.

Elizabeth is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Health Coach who specializes in helping individuals cultivate a consistent practice.
Elizabeth will explain practical meditation techniques to move you from an anxious, uncertain state to a state of calm and confidence, so you can navigate uncertainty with ease.
Meditation is a helpful tool to navigate uncertainty because it improves self-awareness so you can recognize anxiety when it arises, and because it improves broadminded problem solving skills.
