This is a 1 month process of focusing attention to create a sense of calm in body and mind, with the support of a community.

Together we will experiment with various meditations in a methodical way, to see what happens when we consciously breathe and focus our attention on creating an experience of ease or calm.

Develop Your Ability to Focus and Calm Body and Mind

Each week we’ll focus on a different aspect of focusing attention and noticing then spreading calm so that by the end of the program, you can create focus and calm on demand.
